My name is Carolyn Pascual and I am a dedicated food lover. Growing up in the restaurant industry, I was thrown in to the kitchen as soon as I was old enough to hold a knife. In my family, quality time has always been spent working together (and hanging around) in the kitchen and a homemade meal is our ultimate expression of love. So it was still not a surprise that even after completing my B.A. in Journalism and MBA in International Business, I found my way back into the kitchen.
